Description	Catherine May joins several colleagues in a letter to President Nixon, admonishing him for the stark absence of women members on the Commission on International Trade and Investment Policy. In his reply William E. Timmons, assistant to the President, justifies the President's selections on the basis of personal qualifications as opposed to a representing race, religion, or sex.
