Consolidated Builders, Inc.'s plans for construction of the dam, left powerhouse, pumping plant foundation, and appurtenant works during 1939 involved the placement of 3,686,362 cubic yards of concrete, distributed according to table on pg. 129, vol. VII of the Columbia Basin Project History.
