Senator, while in Moscow Sunday stated that he favors a bill along the lines introduced by Senator Pope permitting distribution of government power from Bonneville dam, Oregon, to municipalities, industries and farm districts at whole-sale rates of not exceeding 1/2 cent per kilowatt, so that Idaho farmers, industries and citizens generally may be able to get as cheap power as the people of neighboring states of Oregon, Washington, Montana and Utah.
