Description	Urge more cash for Coulee dam. - Additional $17,000,000 sought to pave way for high dam. - It became known today that advocates of the high Coulee dam and Columbia basin irrigation project are driving not for formal adoption of the high-dam project in its entirety, but are urging that allocation of $63,000,000 for Grand Coulee dam be increased to approximately $80,000,000, the additional cash representing the cost of putting in a foundation amply large to carry the high dam.
