Title	Lockouts, sit-downs hinder logging work
Description	Lockouts, sit-downs hinder logging work - Between strikes and lockouts most of the logging operations in the Columbia river area were closed today. Members of the Columbia Basin Logging association, with the exception of five, closed their camps Monday night enforcing an ultimatum given to the union last Friday. In the five camps the union locals had signed and accepted the offer of the operators of 10 per cent wage increase with a minimum increased of 7 1/2 cents an hour.
