Description	Mayor to probe death of Indian. - Orders investigation of Logan Hotel, where Gabriel died after drunken spree. - As the result of the death of Peter Gabriel, an Indian, after a protracted spree, Mayor Fleming yesterday asked Chief of Police William J. Weir to make an investigation of the management of the Logan hotel, Main avenue and Stevens street. Gabriel had been drunk at the hotel, the police were informed, for several days without the matter being reported.
