Description	It was surprising to learn, the other day, that a man in a very responsible position in Spokane, had never been to the Grand Coulee dam site. Doubtless there are many Spokane people who were never there. Such people can not possibly visualize what's going on. A great project is under way, five and a half million dollars has already been spent upon it--a project that is going to do more for our people than anything they ever dreamed about. It will bring us cheap power.
